BUSINESS HEALTH & GROWTH / METHOD

Evidence before a conclusion.

Original SIGMA questions informed by public improvement guidance. This is preliminary self-assessment, not a certified audit, validated maturity scale or confirmed root-cause diagnosis.

How the questions adapt

Choose improvement, growth, both, a new venture or uncertainty about the next step. Your industry, way of working and one to three ranked concerns select follow-up questions. Reported symptoms, possible contributing factors and missing evidence remain distinct.

How the result is interpreted

The existing bhg-1.4 engine uses SIGMA’s own evidence rules (sigma-evidence-1). It considers relationships among selected priorities and proposes three next actions. Unknown answers are not evidence of success or failure. A possible project is not an implementation approval, and another specialist or self-guided work may be more appropriate than a SIGMA engagement.

Internal design rules; independent content and field validation pending. SIGMA safeguards; the thresholds are not prescribed by ISO, APQC, LEI or ASQ.

References and their limited role

These references do not endorse SIGMA. NAICS Canada describes industry activity; it is not a diagnostic or readiness score. Funding resources are leads to investigate, not eligibility decisions or a live programme feed. Each result shows its resource review date and limitations.

Your information

No email or confidential records are required to see results. Answers are processed in this page. Optional tab drafts, usage measurement, result saving and follow-up remain separate explicit choices. A downloaded HTML snapshot is a local file you control; you can print it from your browser.
