WEBSITE PRIVACY

Your website and enquiry information.

This page describes website measurement and information handled through the SIGMA enquiry form.

AI & Automation Readiness Check

The current readiness check processes selected choices locally in this page. It requires no company name, email or confidential records and sends no answers to SIGMA, analytics, a model provider or Calendly. Optional tab-only draft saving is off by default and expires 12 hours from opt-in. Clearing answers or disabling draft saving removes that versioned draft. Downloads and copied summaries are local outputs you choose whether to share. Normal hosting requests and the website’s existing analytics still occur. See the method and privacy details.

Business Health & Growth Check

The Business Health & Growth Check is a separate assessment, including its earlier drafts and records. It uses a different method and storage key; those answers are not imported into the AI readiness check.

The complimentary Business Check processes questionnaire answers, optional business-size information, business stage, customer type, declared geographic coverage and optional revenue range in your current browser page. Answers stay in this page unless you explicitly choose the optional anonymous saving feature when it is enabled. Saving sends your business context, answers and recomputed preliminary findings to the private CONNECT database for SIGMA review and aggregated needs analysis, under the retention period shown before consent. It does not send them to a CRM or external provider.

An optional draft-recovery setting stores answers in this browser tab for up to 12 hours; it is off by default and should remain off on shared devices. Without that setting, reloading clears the answers in this page; it does not delete a record you have chosen to save.

Keep your private receipt to request deletion or explicitly link a saved assessment to your organization.

Downloading a result saves a copy to your device. Booking a consultation is optional and opens Calendly; questionnaire answers are not automatically transferred. Avoid entering sensitive personal, employee or patient information.

Requesting an assessment review is a separate opt-in that sends your name, business, email, answers, preliminary findings and interest in assistance to SIGMA. A unique reference links the request and assessment. It authorises a response to that request, not marketing or external provider sharing.

Your private receipt can remove stored assessment answers and findings. The separate enquiry record may retain the contact information and summary necessary for requested follow-up and applicable record-keeping; contact SIGMA to request access, correction or deletion of that record. No automatic CRM or email notification is currently connected.

What we collect

The form collects your name, optional company, email, optional phone number, service interest, request type and the message you choose to provide. We also record the request time, status and your consent to respond.

When available, we record the website entry page, campaign tags and the referring website's domain to understand where enquiries originate. A temporary, hashed network identifier may be used to limit repeated submissions; the raw IP address is not stored in enquiry records.

SIGMA CONNECT introductions

Initial solution, partner and provider enquiries are stored through the same website enquiry system. They can include your location, public website or professional profile, area of expertise, solution and intended customers where you choose to provide them. SIGMA uses these details to review and respond to your introduction. Submitting an enquiry does not create a public profile, grant qualification, subscribe you to marketing or authorize sharing with external providers.

Guided introduction follow-up

When enabled, guided follow-up records your introduction and answers in a private SIGMA case and CRM system so SIGMA can ask relevant questions and review the next step. A private, secure browser cookie controls access to your conversation on that device.

Case references stored in your browser do not contain your answers. For an invitation-only pilot, SIGMA binds a single-use code to the specified business email and introduction type. Only a hash of the code is retained by the case system; the code is not saved in this website’s browser storage. Possession of a code does not verify identity or business credentials. Pausing the pilot or revoking an invitation stops further case access without deleting its records.

Internal review may use AI-assisted processing when enabled; applicant statements and preliminary recommendations are not independently verified facts. No message to another company, paid engagement, final price or contract is authorized by answering these questions.

Contact SIGMA to request access, correction or deletion; clearing a browser cookie does not delete stored business records. Do not enter confidential client, employee or patient information.

CONNECT workspace and evidence

When activated, the private workspace uses ChatGPT sign-in and organization-based access. Organization profiles, offering submissions, qualification evidence and authorised commercial records are used for the specific review or engagement. Registration is free and does not grant approval. Provider introductions require separate customer permission naming the recipient and fields to share. No marketing subscription or payment is activated by registration. Private uploads are held separately from public brochures and remain unreviewed until assessed. SIGMA must approve administrator access and retention settings before activating these capabilities.

How we use it

SIGMA uses this information to review and respond to your request, define potential assignments and manage follow-up. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Storage and access

Initial enquiry records are stored with the website's hosting service. When guided follow-up is enabled, its case, conversation and CRM records are held in SIGMA's private backend. A request can therefore have a different storage path depending on the feature you choose. They are not exposed through a public listing or retrieval API. Information should be retained only for the enquiry, relevant business follow-up and applicable record-keeping needs.

Optional assessment usage

When available, a separate, off-by-default choice lets you share assessment step identifiers and elapsed time. That usage stream excludes answer text and contact details, uses a random session reference and supports consent withdrawal. Step identifiers can indicate the route being explored. Reported completion rates cover opted-in sessions only; elapsed time is client-reported and a missing completion is not proof of abandonment. Existing analytics page visits and booking clicks remain separate.

Optional assessment counts in Google Analytics

Both assessments offer a separate, off-by-default choice to share start and completion events with Google Analytics. These events include only the assessment type, never answers, scores or business context. Google Analytics may associate events with its existing cookies and device information. Unchecking stops future assessment events but does not delete events already sent. Counts cover consenting visitors only. Editing a result does not count as another completion; restarting begins a new check.

Website analytics

SIGMA uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits, traffic sources, page engagement and clicks on consultation booking links. Google Analytics may use cookies and process device, browser and approximate location information. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in the website tag.

The custom consultation click event records the button location, label and related service. It does not confirm that an appointment was booked. Enquiry names, email addresses, telephone numbers and message text are not sent through this custom event. The initial page measurement excludes URL query parameters other than selected campaign tags.

Google processes analytics information under its own policies. You can review Google’s privacy information and control cookies through your browser.

Optional Microsoft Clarity

With your permission, Microsoft Clarity collects interaction data for heatmaps and masked session recordings to help improve public information pages. Clarity is not loaded until you select Allow Clarity. Advertising storage consent is denied. We mask page content and exclude assessment, contact, booking, CONNECT and administrative pages, as well as pages with query parameters. We do not send questionnaire answers or enquiry content to Clarity.

Your Clarity choice is stored in this browser. Use Privacy preferences at the bottom of the page to change it; turning Clarity off reloads the page. This preference applies to Clarity only and does not change the existing Google Analytics measurement described above. See Microsoft’s privacy statement.

Consultation booking

Booking buttons lead to a Calendly calendar embedded on our booking page. Calendly loads when you open that page and handles scheduling information under its own privacy terms. A direct Calendly link remains available if the embedded calendar is blocked. SIGMA uses appointment information to arrange and deliver your consultation.

After the embedded calendar confirms a completed booking, the website sends a separate consultation_booking_confirmed event to Google Analytics. It includes only the provider and booking method—not your name, email, answers, appointment time or Calendly identifiers. A hash of the booking identifier is kept in this browser tab to avoid duplicate counts, and is removed when the tab session ends. Analytics blockers, disabled JavaScript or the direct-link fallback can leave bookings uncounted. This records a booking made, not attendance or its later cancellation/rescheduling; Calendly remains the appointment record.
