Our five service families cover business performance and growth, operations, projects and PMO, technology and AI, and industrial and trade services. Specialist services, including digital marketing, websites and SEO, sit within these broader capabilities.
Specialist partners may support a later assignment when the required capability and scope are confirmed.

We start with one business problem and examine the current hand-offs. The recommendation may be a simpler process, conventional automation or an AI-assisted workflow.
A working pilot or system connection is a later option, subject to delivery capability and technical feasibility. Review outputs, timing and fees are agreed before work begins.

The principal’s background includes a PhD in Business Administration, the PMP credential and prior PMO and industrial operations experience. This experience predates SIGMA and is distinct from the company’s engagements.
